Pickup could have been organised better. We had to make our way up to tour office and then taken to meeting point near the chain bridge( we were staying near the chain bridge.) We could have gone straight to the meeting point and saved time and money spend on taxi. Tour guide Robert spoke good English and was helpful and well informed. Enough time was given to take pictures at various places. Will recommend this tour

Turning up and getting into a car for a walking tour initially shocked us, but it turned out to be a good thing as it was around 30 degrees. We were driven to different places and then walked around while our guide (Gyuri) explained various things. Gyuri allowed us more time in certain places that we wanted to explore a bit more a less in bits our group were less interested in. He told us not to worry as he could talk all day about various places in Budapest as it was his passion. Thus, I felt that we were able to get the most out of the 4 hours. I would recommend this tour. One negative was the confusion at the start of the tour. There appeared to be several tours and cruises starting from the same point. This lead to a lot of confusion. I think this part should be better organised.
