Taxi pickup was great, tour was good although as our group was a mixture of English and German speakers the guide had to do twice as much talking, and I felt because of this we may have gotten less information. Free time at citadel and 1000yr statues was sufficient, castle and fisherman’s bastion could be 10 mins longer

The tour was bi-lingual (Italian and English) with two different guides! Since each guide had his own style and personalized the visit with anecdotes and legends, I personally received a great deal of information. I realize, however, that for the guides it is difficult to make the perfect synchrony between what you see and what you would like to say, having to share the same microphone! It would be better to organize / have monolingual groups organized, with beautiful places to see Budapest is full, and with even more stories! The tour is excellent to do on the first day so you choose the places you want to revisit calmly! However, I am satisfied that I had this experience, also because the guide, Susanna, told us so much! Transfer from the German precision hotel, highly appreciated!

Alot to cover in 3 hours

Dorothy was very good but she had too much to cover in 3 hours and she had to do it in 2 languages! We booked an English speaking tour but Dorothy had to also provide it in Spanish. The bus was comfortable. Some of the guests were more than 15 minutes late getting back to the bus on the first stop. This made the rest of the tour rushed.
