First, head to Illa de Mar, an area situated within Fangar Bay. It's known for its shellfish and has more than a century of tradition behind it. Discover the traditional tools and boats that are used for the cultivation of mussels and oysters Enjoy the panoramic views while you're there. Admire the green filter lagoon, the fishing village of l'Ampolla, the mussel farms in the middle of the bay, and the red and white lighthouse of the Fangar Peninsula. Using binoculars, observe the wildlife resting quietly in these waters, and try to spot the star of the biosphere reserve, the flamingo. Visit the point where the Ebro finally meets the Mediterranean Sea. It's a place with great natural richness and stunning landscapes.
