Very knowledgeable and funny guide, good layout. Fantastic to see The State Rooms in Buckingham Palace. The only negative was that there were no toilets until you had gone through all the rooms and came out to the castle grounds, it would have been good to have that option in the entrance.

Appreciated the good insights, anecdotes and constitutional vs monarchy and historical explanations. It is quite a long stint - it would have been useful to know from the start where/how long until the available toilets are and, similarly, food. For example (a) bring a snack or lunch, (b) buy something while crossing St James' Park as the next opportunity is after the Palace Tour.

The meet up was easy. The guide provided some history as we walked the mall heading to the palace. Our guide had us stand back so we could have a great view of the guards walking in and out of the palace grounds. We then repositioned and watch as the incoming guard marched to the barracks. The actual palace tour was neat but self guided. I wish there was more history presented by the guide during the tour. There was a plenty of time for him to tell a story and I did not feel like there was enough content shared.
