Excellent guided tour within the Palace itself, and I really appreciated the help of Transylvanian Wonders to get in - the tickets were sold out for the day I went, so I appreciated even more having guaranteed entry in return for paying a little extra. On the way from the office to the Palace entrance, our guide allowed a number of photo stops and provided valuable background information.

Whole trip was comfortable and professional, but the highlight of the trip was our guide Silvia. She was very professional and knowledgeable, however she also managed to make trip fun, thanks to her humor and great personality.

The tour is very interesting, the guide is great! He tells a lot of interesting things. It would be nice to include more viewing rooms in the building itself, there is certainly more interesting things to see!

Very knowledgeable guide. Instructions on where to meet could be clearer. Should be mentioned that there are a lot of stairs and no lift. My mother in law is 91 and it was very difficult for her.

Guide was brilliant very informative, friendly and funny Stephanie was her name. The bus was slightly old and undated. Seats were broken and were slightly smelly. But was fine for the trip.
