Mini bus pick up was on-time and we were quickly off to Peles Castle with our wonderful guide, Alex, who told us a lot about the history of Romania. He was very entertaining and made the long journey very enjoyable. Plenty of time to look around Brasov, with free time to stop for a bite to eat before heading to Bran Castle. Again, lots of history from Alex around the origins of how the legend of Dracula and Vampires came to be, and time for us to explore the castle. A small market was at the base of the hill that leads to the castle selling goods and food. Journey back allowed some time to snooze after a busy day. All in all the trip took approx 12 hours from pick up to drop off but it was amazing to see.

Great experience! Everything went smoothly, from the booking to the ride as well as the experience itself. All the tours and different stops were planned well, we always had time to explore on our own after the guided tour, and our guide recommended all the best foto locations. We had a great day, I recommend!

Wonderful day spoiled only by the horrendous traffic on the way home - not the fault of the company! Our driver and guide were a great pairing. Professional, warm and welcoming and in Eugine, our guide, we had someone who’s local knowledge was 2nd to none! He pointed out highlights along the way explaining the reason why some were built and for who, recommending visits to some and explained he would come back to others on our return. Once at the castles we were blown away by his detailed insights into each room, the people who lived there and the history behind each and every one. He answered questions patiently, his English was excellent and he pointed out the best places for pictures, even taking them for us! He was warm and engaging, his voice drew you in and made you want to hear more, no mean feat when dealing with a party of 6 middle aged women! The group was small allowing him to take us on a journey into history. Highly recommended, a fantastic day from start to finish.
