The tour was great. My huge displeasure was we were forced to wait to leave until 25 minutes after departure time. Instructions were VERY clear to be there 10 minutes before departure time. A group called the tour people and said they were going to be late. The owners daughter said we had to wait "a few minutes". Well we were on time and abided by what we signed on for . We were very upset as were others. Do not penalize on time paying customers because some can't show up on time If for any reason we couldn't get there on tim e (especially that late) we would not expect a group to wait for us. This was a really crappy start to a greatly anticipated tour. I sincerely hope management considers how they disregarded the time and feelings of those who were inconvenienced by the delay. The fe my ale who decided we had to wait never asked those of us if this was acceptable.

Excellent tour to the best lookouts and photo spots. I was worried 3 hours would feel long, but it was just perfect. Tour guide Jim was informative and thorough. Group of 8 was just enough to be super comfortable on the bus. For a no-brainer experience of Bryce, choose those tour!

This was a great trip and our guide Liz was so knowledgeable, attentive, fun and made all of us in the group feel like family. Refreshments were provided and this tour is just the right thing if you want to get a good overview of the canyon and have only a few hours. Highly recommended.
