Ithier was our guide on this amazing chocolate tour. He was not only knowledgeable on chocolate but also the history and other things about Brussels, which was very informative. Gave us so many tips and places to enjoy the different food and beers. If there is a way to change the fact that we had discounts in the different shops we visited. We wanted to go back but could not find our way back to some of the shops we visited and had to purchase only from the last 2 shops..
A fun way to spend an afternoon in Brussels. You get a walking tour of the town with a history if Brussels and it’s chocolate shops, you get to visit some of the best shops in Brussels and taste a range of chocolates (plus some surprises) and then there the chocolate workshop. Here, you get to try chocolates made from beans from different parts of the world, get a brief overview on how chocolate is made and the you get to make your own! This was a lot of fun.
Our host was amazing, knowledgeable, personable and very friendly. We had both English and French speakers and she made sure to do both so everyone knew what was going on. The only thing I’d change is the length, it’s a little long and could use some more chocolate. The workshop is very fun but could be more in-depth
This tour was awesome!!! I would highly recommend to anyone who is going to Brussels. Not only do you get to taste incredibly crafted chocolates but you also get to make your own and are given information about how chocolate is made from growing the cocoa beans to creating the shapes we eat.
