Our tour guide was nice and his walking tour was informative. The rain sadly made the walking tour less enjoyable but of course out of everyones hands. The only downside would be the time you have in luxembourg ; the leaving time should be earlier so you can enjoy more time in Luxembourg and Dinant. The visit to Dinant was almost pointless as when we arrived most of the shops had closed for the day. So not a lot you could do in the minimum free time allocated.

The tour was educational, tour guide was very informative but we didn’t know it was a mixed tour which included French. The guide had to tell us everything twice, once in English and again in French. It made it hard to enjoy the tour when we had to listen to the guide talk the whole journey because he had to repeat everything twice. Would be better if they did it separately. There was also insufficient free time because of the repetition, we had to stand around each location for longer than we’d like to listen to the French version. They also squeezed in Dinant and we could barely see the place because of the lack of time. We had 20 minutes free time to see the town and they expected us to sit down and have a beer when we were all the way across the bridge on the other side.

Wonderful day trip to Luxembourg! The guide was informative but didn’t talk for the whole bus ride, which was great because it is quite long there and back. Really enjoyed the stop in Dinant. I found the amount of time to be perfect for each place. Highly recommend!
