Overall great day trip to Bruges and Ghent. We got to the tour company at around 20 minutes in advance like the instructions said and left right at 9am. We went to Ghent first, did a bit of a walk and got some free time. I wish we had a little bit more time in Ghent since it's so much bigger, but we knew that going in that we had little time. We had more lunch and free time twice in Bruges. Both beautiful places to see. Our guide Josephine was friendly and knowledgeable. She spoke in French and English during the tour. Spanish is available too if needed. The last bit of amazing surprise was we got to go on a boat tour as well at the end of the tour in Bruges before heading back, but that was optional and an extra 12 euros in cash. Worth it!

The tour and guide was very good! If possible English should be matched with French or a choice on which group you like to be with. Being on the bus surrounded by Spanish was difficult to hear the tour guide. It could have been overcome if the groups had been separated In respect to the pace of the tour it was hard for the older people to keep up and it did not help that it rained most of the day and I believe the guide did the best that he could to keep group together

Our guide Meriam (excuse the spelling if it is incorrect) was absolutely brilliant! Amazing person, so knowledgeable on such a wide scale, quirky and fun. We alway vowed never to be part of such a type of tour, however, it was a pleasant surprise to enjoy it so much! Compact, easy and really enjoyable! Thank you so much :)
