The tour was very insightful about the cities we visited, the headphone and radio is a good way to hear all the information rather than trying to hear being shouted towards. Our guide (barcelonan man living in ghent) was fantastic. Very lively and energetic with a lot of information about where we visited. The buildings and architecture is amazing to look at in these medieval cities. Our only downside for the tour is that the tour is very full on, there is not much time during the tour to stop for photos because there is a lot to get through in the day. There is a 90 minute break in brugges but this is only enough time for lunch and not to go back for photos. Would recommend for people who want information about the cities and a quick tourist stop at all the important sites. Perhaps book another day to stroll at your leisure if that is what you want.

Fascinating tour through two very different but both amazingly gorgeous cities with a marvelous guide who was not only super kind, but also wise. You could tell how much he loves his job by the way he told us stories and gave information and historical facts. This tour is definitely a must do if you are visiting Belgium.

Well organised. Guide looked after the group. Answered the group's questions. Very knowledgeable and suggested recommendations for lunch and shops. The driver was good. Nice smooth journey and was on time with regard to the journeys to Gent (Ghent) and Bruges. The guide spoke clearly especially as English is not his first language. Highly recommend this tour.
