Overall, we really liked it. The bus driver was super nice and accommodating. The bus was a bit dirty but it was really as eco-friendly as advertised. The audio guide could be improved. We actually had to ask specifically about the Ferris wheel otherwise he would have just let us out at the same place where we got on. The man at the Ferris wheel wasn't particularly friendly. But otherwise it was a nice and pleasant experience.
