It was easy to book the city card online and instructions for collecting the vouchers is good. The instructions for collecting the STIB public transport card however need updating, since the machine for collecting them has been changed. The card is good value for money with over 50 attractions accessible for free and unlimited transport during the duration. It would be better if the list of accessible attractions would be available before booking.

I got the 72 hour pass and it was excellent value for money. I went to 3+ museums each day so really made a saving. The only improvement that could be made is with regards to collecting the public transport pass. The "Go" ticket machines are located at bus stops and this isn't mentioned. It took me about an hour to work this out as I was only told to got to Gare Centrale station and so I naturally tried the ticket machines in there. The easy solution is to have a "Go" machine in the office where you collect the museum pass itself so then is a genuine one stop shop.

Brussels Card is a must get if your going to Brussels for a day or upto three days. I got mines with public transport allowing travel on STIB MVIB services such as the Metro and Tram which would have cost €7.50 for one day or €18.00 for three days. The card was easy to obtain from the Tourist Information Centre in Grand Place. The staff in there speak English and I was given in English a Brussels Card booklet which contained information on attractions such as a brief guide of the attraction, nearest station, etc and also contained vouchers for discounts at the Atomium and Mini-Europe which I both visited. The Brussels Card came as two A4 sheets of paper with a QR code. The other page had clear instructions with images on how to collect the 3 day transport pass. The Brussels Card I got for 3 days was a life saver was 3 days transport was €18.00 and each attraction varies from €7 to €14 without a Brussels Card.
