The tour was self directed with tablet and headset, easy to manage, select and listen at your own pace, take part in the quiz that pops up throughout. The beer tasting was interesting, I'm not a beer drinker but the three I selected were lovely. The staff were lovely, very informative, overall we really enjoyed our experience.

museum was very educational and you can go at your own pace. Spend as much time as you want, depending on how much you want to learn about the history of beer. Don't skip the tastings at the end, though. The beer is amazing!

Visit Bruges' Beer Experience Museum to find out about the history and heritage of Belgian beer. Go through the interactive exhibition with an audio guide on an iPad Mini, make use of the special tour for kids, and finish with an optional beer tasting onsite.


Use all your senses in the interactive exhibition at the Beer Experience, the beer museum located in Bruges' beautiful Old Town. Use the iPad Mini provided to learn about topics like Trappist and abbey beers, the brewing process, the history of women and beer, food pairing, and much more.


Children up to age 12 can enjoy the Kids Tour, which centers around the exciting story of the Bruges bear.


At the end of your tour, opt for a beer tasting for an extra €6. The onsite restaurant also offers snacks like cheese, sausages, crackers, paté, and chocolates.

Very interesting, we had a 4:30 time slot which is last admission. We arrived about 10 min early. Would recommend more time if you are a beer enthusiast. Tasting was great.
