Well organised and engaging from the outset. Salva was our guide and he really knew his stuff and shared his knowledge with a good mix of humour and facts. I liked the radio use as it felt much less intrusive as we walked around Bruges, quietly listening and with some freedom to halt and take photos , compared to the other tour operators (who strutted and shouted) and had to keep their group close together. We were not rushed nor did we go too slowly. Salva was considerate in his explanations and didn’t try to overwhelm us or having us standing too long - especially as our day was a baking 33degrees! Really enjoyed it and I am not usually keen to sign up for organised tours, so this is genuine praise. Thank you to Araceli as well, who covered the Spanish side of the group. As I speak Spanish too, I appreciated two different styles of delivery and it was good that there was no single prepared script, whilst at the same time, everything was covered in both languages.

Our trip to Bruges was magical, we had a great tour guide in Eros, a great asset to the company courteous, polite funny and so much more. Bruges well that was an experience we will never forget. The city was way much more than we ever expected. It is a very beautiful city and we are so glad we decided to book the tour. Everything about the city was wonderful, the canals, the beautiful buildings, the breweries, the restaurants and shops, my list can go on and on. Suffice to say our day in Bruges was wonderful. The guide was very helpful and very good, except on our way to Brugge in the bus, ( we were 2 groups english and spanish) , the spanish guide explained many things on the way while the english guide did not. But in general the timing was enough. I recommend riding a boat for half an hour. The trip was great and highly recommended
