Bruges: Bourgogne des Flandres Brewery and Distillery Visit

the audio guide system was simple and a very clever way to do it. The information presented was fun, accessible and yet also included some good science. the beer itself was very good .. different from anything else I've tasted. the cost for what we got was really good value in a generally expensive city.

This experience was definitely more for my partner than me as he's alot more into beer than I am but it was very interesting to see how beer is made and the history behind Bourgogne des Flandres. That being said, there was a drink included at the end of the tour where I tried Bourgogne des Flandres and it was the first beer I've tried that I could comfortably drink! My partner tried the Guinness Timmermans lambic and stout and he said that was super tasty. We also took a photo at the end of the tour and had it printed on a bottle which was only around €10 which was alot cheaper than we expected! You also get a free digital download of the photo so it's worth taking the picture even if you don't want to buy the bottle.
