Maxim our rickshaw guide was fantastic. He knows the city well and gave us an excellent tour. He was pleasant and very welcoming. He stopped and took our picture everywhere we asked. People walking the city looked very longingly at our rickshaw. I would highly recommended this tour to anyone visiting the city. Maxim is a gem.

I went on all 3 tours available...bus, horse and carriage and rickshaw as I have a 4 year old who wanted to do all and all I can say is the RICKSHAW was the best of all!!! How they articulated the trip really showed us the touristic bruges but also the more scenic side which we loved. This is no tourist trap and I would recommend 100 times over!

Guide was amazing and had good, interesting knowledge of the area. He thought we were k my booked for 1/2 hour so he returned to start. When I said we had booked for 1 hour he was surprised and took us for another 20 minute ride. (Still not a hour). That was disappointing. He should have known when he took the fare it was an hour I shouldn't have had to tell him. Too bad it kind of spoiled the experience and felt we didn't get what we paid for and felt a little cheated in the end of what I thought was a great first 1/2 hour.
