Guide was very knowledgeable, spoke great English, knew where to go and when to avoid heavy congestion. Rickshaw was especially great for those not too ambulatory. Glad we took it over a noisy horse-drawn carriage and really over a walking tour where you miss a lot if not near the guide.

We decided to take the bike carriage even though we’d already walked most of the town. Davide made the experience wonderful, providing the story behind the pictures and scenery. It was a great way to see Bruges as he could go anywhere. He shared many “hidden gems” that he knew we would like and gave us insights into the city in a personal way we would not have gotten from a bus or walking tour. We would highly recommend this tour and especially Davide.
