The show was great. Effects were spectacular. The plot was fast-paced and assumes you’ve read the books, so perhaps hard for others to keep up. My experience with Get Your Guide was awful. I was never sent tickets by email, which is what GYG promised. Instead I received a voucher, but no instructions. The two customer service email addresses are closed and I received ‘failed to deliver’ notices. I went to box office, they didn’t know what to do with the voucher. Fortunately the gentleman was kind and helpful and found the seats. I’ll never use GYG again.

The continuation of the Harry Potter universe was honored by this play. The actors were fabulous and the special effects were above and beyond! I had the very back seat at the highest balcony, and I still felt like I was surrounded by the characters and the action.
