Please meet at the parking for the Natural Bridge where we will have the lesson before continuing on to Emerald Lake for the tour portion of the day. Please arrive with waxless cross country skis, boots and poles, waterproof pants and jacket, warm over jacket, sunglasses, mittens, toque and a backpack filled with hot tea, snacks and lunch for the day.

- Please come prepared with Waxless Cross Country skis, poles and boots, water proof clothing, warm layers, winter jacket, mittens, gloves, toque, sunglasses, packed lunch and backpack for the day. Cross Country Ski rentals are available in Lake Louise, Banff, and Canmore for around $30/person.
