Really well done, great efforts to recreate mining story on technical and social level through multisensory experience, easily requires three hours. if you are travelling from vancouver to whistler you drive past door making this very worthy Pitstop. Transport links are abysmal. We booked return tour with benz tours, and despite the additional expense, was well worth it. Well, everything seems great value compared to whistler! The underground bit is not very deep, the recreation of mining techniques really fascinating, despite the shocking disregard for worker welfare, the mill as the sunlight pours in is quite breathtaking. Go if you can.

We were iffy about it at first but then soon got used to the invisible guide. It was more funny and entertaining and also informative. And we all enjoyed the trivia. Sometimes after some silence we would get startled by the voice or even a song. The only time hung that I didn’t love was that in the beginning when I would try to follow google maps and listen to navigation, the voice would talk over the directions. I think it would have been better to just incorporate all the navigation within the app rather than link to google maps.

Ash was cheerful and knowledgeable guide. I managed to learn a lot not just about the mine itself, but the whole community history behind it. Boom! show was fun and engaging! It's a must see :)

Spencer was an awesome tour guide! Thank you for making it fun experience.

Had a wonderful time. Derek our tour guide was excellent.
