When in ticket office i found i was unable to complete the last stage of ticket collection. I am also slightly claustrophobic and suffer from anxiety. James came to help and he was lovely. He explained everything and helped us with our tickets and also took us through to board first. He ensured that we were on the i360 when it was not crowded. James and his team made it a lovely experience for me and my husband and I cannot thank him enough for his care and professionalism and his kindness. What a lovely man. Thank you all at the i360 experience, we would not have missed it for the world.

Absolutely amazing experience for both my husband and I. It wasn’t over crowded, and we were able to wonder around and take wondeful photos. The bar and waiting area at the bottom were wonderful too on this beautiful sunny day. Thank you for a lovely experience.

Arrive on time We went in February and it was busy so can’t imagine what it would be like in summer Staff were happy and helpful, welcoming and efficient. Experience itself was lovely and my granddaughter enjoyed it very much despite being initially apprehensive of heights
