It really is worth the visit - I worked in Brighton for several years and had never been to the Pavilion before. It is something to see inside. Some areas are looking tired and the mass of barriers and scaffolding can be off-putting but don’t let it (put you off)! All credit to the volunteers and workmen keeping it alive.

Loved stepping into the past to see how the royals enjoyed living. The Pavilion is in well restored and not too busy making it nice to take it at your own pace. I loved the audio tour through your own phone for free with admission. Slightly disappointed as some rooms closed and grounds not as well kept as expected.

Most interesting and detailed work of the building envelope and from the chandeliers to the wallcoverings, carpets and furniture etc. A truly awesome experience and interesting to see a Western interpretation of Chinese art and artifacts BUT tea room was closed and parking is a nightmare and expensive NCP £19.00+ SOoooo excessive!
