The scenery was stunning and learning about the history of different towns was so interesting. The staff was very knowledgeable, efficient, and courteous. Staff was good about keeping us informed every step of the way. It would be good to monitor the bathroom. It ran out of both toilet paper and hand towels. As a person who has hearing impairment, it would be good to have special audio and/or noise cancelling earphones. A large and noisy family boarded and was very disturbing to both the workers and the passengers. It made it hard to hear the history or to enjoy that part of the ride. It would be good to know the situation at Zermatt- that it is pedestrian only and one has to plan in time to park.

💯 do not come to Switzerland without purchasing this pass! Yes, you may think it’s pricey but trust me the value exceeds what you pay for especially if you are to experience ALL the attractions as this pass covers all! Ps don’t forget to grab you Half Swiss pass too!

The stops were unique and all the waiters were welcoming. There was more than enough food and wine at every stop. All the food choices were delicious. We had a lovely nighttime stroll around zermatt with views of the Matterhorn.

For the jungfrau region it is perfect. Swiss pass is of no use in these region only berner oberland pass you should buy with half fare card

We loved it! Such a good pass! We really loved the ease and the value.
