I had a great experience with their customer service. When I encountered an issue, I contacted them, and they promptly provided clear eSIM activation steps. They even requested a screenshot from my phone to better understand the problem. After that, they sent me a picture showing exactly where the issue was and guided me through adjusting my eSIM settings. Once I followed their instructions, everything worked perfectly, and the network connection was excellent

We used this service for a day trip to Bratislava from Vienna. The journey, both outward (Viemna/Bratislava) and return (Bratislava/Vienna), was excellent, the bus is very clean, the drivers are polite and professional, the journey very pleasant. Excellent value for money. Highly recommended!!!!

It was great not to worry about our big luggages! We had a bit of trouble finding the place at first since it’s inside a hostel, but everything was easy and smooth after that. I loved that it was in a hostel with a cafe and we got to relax and have snacks there. The staff was great and friendly!

On the site it said it cost €3 but when paying, the amount was €6, otherwise everything was fine. Recommended.

Great value for bus transportation between Bratislava and Vienna.
