I had bought the tickets for a day on which we had not even arrived in Bratislava. The member of staff to whom we told this said the originally booked tour would no longer take place that afternoon, but we were able to take part in a tour through the city up to the castle. What a customer service !!!

The bus driver was very helpful. The journey was excellent. The panoramic tour was full of all the main sights of Bratislava, the Slavin monument and the Castle. Take it, it was fantastic and you can save time this way. It had audio guide in many languages. It was overall very good. We are satisfied.

Amazing

Good way to explore Bratislava in a day. Old city tour and castle tour was fun, interactive and staff was very friendly. Value worth for the money. The only issue was to get to the Main Square from Bratislava Hl. Train station. I wish there were some instructions to get to the Main square from train station.
