Excellent service, quick response, our train to bratislava was cancelled and have delay so we have called the help agent and as a result we had immediate response and help they have changed our trip to the next one free of charge without missing it, they also speak English and understand easily the situation we had with the train. I do recommend it!!! the bus though was a bit old they could have renewed it but was not a problem because with the general concept of city was nice old buildings more vintage.

Great way to get around the city and see all the major attractions. Time to stop and a few stops to get photos and the audio guide was full of great facts. Would recommend this to not only get your bearings around the city but also for a feel for the city!
