You’ll be picked up at your Cape Town accommodation in the morning by a qualified tour guide/driver in a luxury minibus, and taken on an all-inclusive, full-day Cape Peninsula tour. Drive along the scenic coastal route with the mountains on one side and the ocean on the other, and see what makes this coastline so special. Pass through Bantry Bay, Clifton, Camps Bay, and Llandudno beaches along Chapman's Peak drive and enjoy a photo stop at Maiden's Cove. In Hout Bay, you’ll have the option of taking a boat to Seal Island to get a closer look at the seal population (not included in the tour price). After exploring the harbor in Hout Bay, your tour continues on to Noordhoek village for an optional stop to try the best coffee roasted this side of the Cape (cost not included). The next stop is at the Cape of Good Hope Nature Reserve and Cape Point, where you'll explore the reserve, see the Dias Beacon, and also where the two currents meet. You can hike up to the top to see the Cape Point Lighthouse or take the Funicular (cost not included). From Cape Point, you’ll continue on toward Boulders Beach and stop to see the penguin colony. Enjoy the scenic Boyes Drive and see Kalk Bay and Muizenburg. The return route to Cape Town will be via the Old Cape Road, ending the day with a drop-off at your accommodation.

The tour departs Cape Town and heads to the first stop of the day, Maidens Cove. After a 6:00 AM pickup from your hotel in Cape Town or the surroundings, you'll proceed along the Atlantic Seaboard where you can admire mountains on one side and the ocean on the other. Stop at the Maiden's Cover for a photo opportunity with a backdrop of the Twelve Apostles Mountain Range. Passing through Clifton, Camps Bay, Llundadno, and Hout Bay. Stop for photos on one of the world's most scenic routes, Chapman's Peak drive. Next, stop at Boulder's penguin colony to visit these enchanting creatures. Watch as these adorable birds play and frolic in the ocean. Your final destination will be the Cape of Good Hope Nature Reserve for a guided tour and a photo stop at this very popular landmark. From there, you'll travel to Cape Point, where you can hike to the top of the lighthouse (or take the funicular). At 10:30 AM arrive at the Nelson Mandela Gateway to Robben Island where you will take the 11:00 AM boat trip to Robben Island for a prison tour. On the island, an ex-prisoner will be your guide and take you through the prison. See the cell where Nelson Mandela spent so many years. Upon return from the island at approximately 3:00 PM, your guide will be waiting for you again at the clock tower to transfer you back to your hotel.

First, make a quick stop in the heart of Cape Town city center to discover the colorful community known as Bo-kaap. Then, head straight for the coastline. Pass by affluent suburbs with some of the best beaches near the city, stopping for photos at Camps Bay. Proceed on towards Hout Bay seated in between gigantic mountains and the Atlantic.  Enjoy an optional scenic 40-minute round-trip boat ride to Seal Island. Resume your tour via the world-famous Chapman's Peak Drive. Marvel at this road engineering feat as you wind over the edge of the mountains; this scenic drive is not for the faint-hearted. Next, arrive at the Cape of Goodhope Nature Reserve just after midday. Hiking is recommended but no swimming because of sheer riptides. Carry on to Cape Point and walk for 20 minutes one way up to a historic lighthouse. You could also take a funicular at your own account if you are not in the mood for walking. Feel free to stop for lunch at the world-class seafood restaurant with a sea view or grab a quick bite in the food shop next door. Next, embark on a journey to Simon's Town for a special date with the endangered African penguins at Boulders Beach. Spend about 45 minutes at the penguin colony before you head back to Cape Town along the coastline. Pass through the quaint towns on this historically known Millionaire's Mile. Hear fun facts about the navy and Just Nuisance - the only dog in the world to have been an able seaman. Finally, discover Kalk Bay and Muizenberg Beach, the surfer's corner before returning to the starting point.

An incredible cultural experience. The tour was well thought out and we found it incredibly educational, interesting and a fun day away from the hustle and bustle of Cape Town. We had a wonderful day with Jeremy and our little group and everything was perfectly organised! Jeremy is a great guide and gave us many useful tips and we had a lot of fun.
