On this walking pub crawl tour, learn the unknown tales of Boston’s colonial and revolutionary history. Discover how beer played a major role in the founding of the nation, from the landing on Plymouth Rock to the Boston Massacre.

Customize your experience by choosing from two different tour options. Pick the happy hour option to enjoy four draft beers or ciders of your choice, one at each pub. Go with the dry run tour if you want to buy your drinks as you go.

Meeting point

The pub crawl begins at the Samuel Adams Statue in front of Faneuil Hall. The statue is about 20 feet tall and features Sam Adams standing on top of a pedestal with his arms crossed. Your guide will be holding a Boston Crawling sign with their crawling baby logo.

  • Happy Hour tickets include 4 beers (two pints, one 12 oz., one 10 oz.) of your choice - cannot substitute wine or liquor
  • Dry Run tickets do not include any pre-paid drinks - this option is better for those who prefer wine or liquor, or less than four beers
  • Guests of all physical capabilities are invited as all of the pubs are within a few blocks of each other and easily walkable
  • The crawl happens rain or shine
  • You must be at least 21 years old with proper identification (US Drivers License, US Military ID, Foreign Passport). This is because of the strict blue law in Massachusetts
