What People Are Saying About Boston Common
Our tour guide was great and a fountain of knowledge. Witty and informative, he led us at a comfortable pace through the historic sites, answering any and all questions.
We learned a great deal about the history of Boston with a very entertaining commentary delivered by our guide. We saw a variety of interesting sites each with its own story. It was such a cold and windy day that we were almost tempted to cancel the tour but we were so glad that we chose not to. Our guide managed to shelter us from the wind as much as possible and we were enjoying the tour so much that we forgot about the weather!
Our guide provided historic information in a theatric way. We thoroughly enjoyed him and the tour.
+friendly and helpfull guides Explanations in several languages Comfortable van -the starting point was hard to find No visit to MIT
We had a great time during our 90 minute tour. It was packed with information and not just stuff you could read for yourself. Our guide seemed legitimately engaged in telling us the information instead of "acting" or reciting the information which we have seen during more expensive and less intimate tours. So happy we chose a tour run by the Freedom Trail organization. John Handcock's brother was pretty energetic for being around 300 years old, lol!
