From Sarajevo to Umoljan, Bilici Lake & Bosnian Food Tasting

This has been so far the best day trip in BiH! I was the only guest on the tour but they didn't cancel that, so glad that happened. This is basically a fantastic tour from start to end, you'll visit the countryside with some beautiful scenery, and walk around and above a mountain village which is idyllic and still authentic. But the best part of the tour is the guide, Tarik. He is gentle, chatty, knowledgeable, and very open minded. I would recommend this trip and Tarik to anyone!

I recently experienced an unforgettable tour led by the exceptional guide, Tarik. Despite being the only participant, Tarik's warm hospitality made the tour engaging and comfortable. The blend of delicious food and stunning nature was perfect. The highlight was the scrumptious burek, with generous portions that kept me full all day. Enjoying meals in a welcoming family house/restaurant added a special touch. The mountains around Sarajevo are breathtaking, and the serene post-lunch walk showcased beautiful, rarely visited areas. Tarik's deep knowledge of Bosnian history and culture made the tour both informative and enjoyable. I highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Sarajevo. Tarik's dedication and the perfect mix of food, nature, and cultural insights made it truly unforgettable.
