Start your day by meeting the skipper and boarding the boat in Stresa. Enjoy scenic mountain panoramas on a short trip across calm waters to the islands. Hop off at your chosen island (entry tickets depend on the option booked) and immediately start exploring.

Spend time getting to know the islands at your own pace. See highlights like the Baroque-style Palazzo Borromeo museum and its adjoining grounds with ten terraced gardens. Marvel at the fountains, statues, and architecture of the gardens.

Finish your trip with a return boat transfer back to Stresa.

Arrive at Piazza Marconi in Stresa and go directly to the pier of Isole Lago Maggiore s.n.c. to find the boat. Look out for its large tricolor sail with the Italian flag, and go to the small ticket office on the left side of the biggest ferries ticket office. NOTE: Land taxes to be paid cash on the spot.

leider war es ungewohnt holprig. wir haben uns am Pier nicht so schnell zurechtgefunden um unsere Kontaktperson zu finden. Leider erfolgte auch kein Anruf. Zum Glück hatten wir die Tickets fürs Museum/den Park auch als Email bekommen so das wir zwar in den sauren Apfel beissen mussten um neue Bootstickets zu kaufen aber immerhin der Einlass war gerettet

Esperienza davvero bella, posti visitati davvero magnifici! Solo due "pecche" per quanto riguarda il trasporto: in fase di prenotazione è comunicato un orario di partenza che non corrisponde a quello effettivo (in prenotazione ore 12.30, partenza effettiva ore 13.15): è solo segnalato di arrivare 15 minuti prima ma, così facendo, si arriva ben un'ora prima. Per quanto riguarda l'orario di rientro, invece le info sono contraddittorie: all'andata ci è stato comunicato di trovarci al molo tra le 16 e le 16.30. Siamo andati al molo circa un'ora prima, per chiedere conferma e ci è stato comunicato che saremmo dovuti partire entro le 15.30.

There was a bit of misunderstanding when we arrived to meet with the getyourguide agent. There is no office box but an just an agent with the logo of the company on his shirt. However communication with the company was super efficient and the problem was resolved in minutes
