The tour of the two vineyards met my expectations. Each winery utilized slighty different technologies but it gave a very good appreciation of the process of wine making and and savoring. The guide was knowledgeable and engaging and the duration, though it went a little over the was worth it. We got to witness the wine country in all it's splendor with beautiful Chateau. The wine was great , in particular I got to taste my favorite of all wines with a soft oak flavor. I recommend. I feel the winery should serve a little cheese and crackers or chips because it's a half day tour or remind visitors to hold a snack

The bus transport was good with excellent commentary and information on the way to and between wineries. Particularly enjoyed the visit at Sigalas Rabard. The winery guide provided an excellent tour and tasting.

Full description

Until March 9: Departure at 1:30 PM on Saturdays to Saint-Émilion. From March 15 to October 26 at 1:30 PM: Monday & Sunday: Explore Saint-Émilion, a UNESCO village, and visit its underground church, followed by a wine tour and tasting at a Château. Tuesday & Saturday: Visit the Médoc, with two Château visits and tastings, showcasing its famous wine appellations. Wednesday: Discover Graves and Sauternais regions with two Château visits and tastings of wines from both areas. Thursday: Immerse in the Entre-deux-Mers region, with two Château visits and tastings in this intimate, picturesque area. Friday: Visit the UNESCO-listed Citadel of Blaye, then enjoy a wine tasting at a Château in Bourg or Blaye. Depart from Bordeaux Tourist Office at 1:30 PM, return by 6:30 PM.

Fantastic trip, astrid was so interesting and we learnt a lot about the wine making, as well as getting to taste some lovely wine. So worth the money!
