Great tour, totally worth it. The only negative point is that it only takes 2:15 in Hallstatt. An extra 1 or 2 hours would be ideal, to give you time to get on the funicular and visit the oldest salt mine in the world. The company makes this tour shorter because when you return to Salzburg you use the same bus for another tour in the afternoon.

Halstaatt was beautiful.. bus was clean and comfortable.. pick up and drop was close to our hotel The guide was welcoming and funny.. but we couldn’t hear him clearly at the back of the bus..i think he could have given more information about Salzburg and Halstaatt in the tour bus

The guides were absolutely wonderful. Coupled with the beauty if Hallstatt and the weather conditions, sun, rain, hail and snow - and ofcourse my all time favourite movie The Sound of Music - it was just one of the best days of our lives.

A really special day for us to enjoy the Austrian Alps and this lovely lakeside town. We go away with wonderful memories of the snow falling all around us on the viewing platform.

Very good tour, learned a lot, our guide Andrew was really nice, helpful and generally a great guy. Thank you
