We had elderly visitors coming and I got a brainwave that this would be a good way for them to sightsee. They could do the loop without getting off, do one bus change for the alternate tour, or get off as many times as they wanted. Perfect. They LOVED it! They were even able to get up and down from the top deck. If your guests are physically able, it's a much better view from the top of the open bus. Thank you Big Bus Tours.

It was a great service for touring the city. It’s called hop on hop off so we paid our fee and when we hopped on we got yelled at for not going in the front door and showing our ticket. I understand they need to be sure people have paid but maybe have something you can show from farther away to be a little faster and more convenient.

The tour was fun and convenient to see all the sights of Sydney. Sitting on the upper deck enabled us to see the architect of city buildings from a different view. Took some great photography. Only downside was finding the bus stop to get on. There was lack of directions in this area.

Really enjoyed our 20 minute helicopter ride April 4th. The pilot went by the Opera House and other areas each direction for better viewing for passengers on both sides. However, the flight along the coast was one way, so one side saw it much better than the orher.

We missed our time as it didn't say on the get your guide ticket, but lovely Gabriela was so kind to allow us to reschedule for another day for another time free of charge! Really amazing customer service and great instructors! Would definitely go again! :)
