The day was pretty simple, which was exactly what my partner and I were looking for. The drive to the park took about 2 hours, with a stop for coffee and bathrooms. The group hiked about 5km to the pools (which took about an hour and a half), had two hours at the pools, hiked back, and drove back. There were plenty of bathroom breaks, the hike was just the right length to do twice and enjoy it both ways, and the pools were lovely.

This was a very unique experience, highly recommend for anyone who wants to enjoy a real outdoor adventure. Adriano is an amazing guide and one of the main people helping develop Portugals hiking community for others to discover. The hike is not difficult but requires walking on a trail and some hills, go for it if you are healthy and want to see some special parts of Portugal off the tourist track.

The guide Nuno Peixoto was very passionate and knew everything about Porto, wine and food. Where and what to eat, EVERYTHING! Very nice tour in general, amazing wine and meal. Again, super nice guide! (Worth mentioning, cause it’s the guide that makes the trip!)

Superb day trip. The guide was really great. Very kind. He gave us lots of information. He even made a quick stop to find a birthday cake for two people in the group. The hike is very accessible. And the swimming at the end super pleasant.

Juan provided excellent experience while walking through amazing Geres national park. He not only answered all our questions but also shared lot of Portugal specific details. Highly recommended!
