The experience was great and Paola did a great job at explaining us all there was to know about Italian cooking. She was really welcoming and supportive, my pastas were not as great as she said. what we made was delicious and she offered us really nice wine to go along. I would do it again.

Guide was friendly with plenty of interesting historical & amusing facts. Lot of time initially spent at meeting point. Overall very informative & well worth doing.
