Very disappointing. Delays in boarding although many had prebooked tickets. Commentary could not be heard clearly, partly due to external noise, partly because it was spoken too fast. Not enough pauses en route to take in the features of the city. The 'gourmet' experience was a total scam, The bus ticket cost €16; with the 'Gourmet experience' it cost €33, Thus consisted of one small ice-cream cone (two small scoops) and a sandwich with Mortadella. Market value probably €10 or less altogether if bought individually......Never again will I fall for something like that!
