Bologna: Pasta Tagliatelle Ragu Cooking Class with Wine

We loved every second! Irene is so sweet and she showed us step by step of how to do 3 types of pasta! They were also great hosts for us as we ate the same pasta we did! Highly recommend it !!

Irene was delightful and we had a great time. we learned a lot and she went beyond expected to serve us what we learned. the class is in her home, which gave us the true Italian cooking experience. The only negative was that we suggest to add more details about the location, since it's not very clear to find. luckily we had a phone with data so we could call the hostess, but if one doesn't have connection it would be hard to find the number 60 and that it's on the 1st floor. Everything else was wonderful and they even helped us request a taxi to go back to our hotel. her husband, Marco, baked fresh foccacia and cake. We were served local wine and sparkling water and the meal portion was incredible. Lovely activity! Gracie por tutti.
