Benadetta did a wonderful job telling the history of the people of Bologna, the basilica and of the influence of others on the city. We learned the difference between tortellini and tortellini and what age of Parmesano-Reggiano cheese is preferred to grate over pasta. We enjoyed the walk down the market street and hearing the story of the two towers and also of the porticos. We highly recommend Benadetta!
