Cristian Medina is a very responsible, patient, and excellent tour guide. He is knowledgeable and shared with me a lot about the local culture. He is also smart — using translation apps to communicate with you in any language, so you don't have to worry about language. It was a perfect trip, and I truly enjoyed it. From start to finish it was excellent! Jovhanny was funny and super personable the entire trip, his knowledge of everything was truly exceptional and we learned a lot more than we anticipated. Loved how he went at our speed as we had a 5 year old with us. I would absolutely recommend this tour to anyone and the walking isn’t bad at all, it’s almost all downhill and a tram brings you back up at the end.

Jhovanny our guide was very knowledgeable and excellent. We felt very safe with Cristian our driver, he was in control at all times. You must improve the bus used for the tour. It needs to improve the shock at sobers. It was a very bumpy ride due to the situation of the car.
