I bought the tickets for the visit for Fri 19/11 at 15. We took a short tour of the Ponte Vecchio area and then to the restaurant. We went out at 1.30pm so we went to ticket office # 3 to politely ask to be able to anticipate at 2pm. No problem (fantastic!). We saw beautiful works in the Palatine Gallery: a very rewarding visit also for the immediacy that made us immerse in the historical atmosphere. All very well indeed, even the perfect organization for access.

The Pitti Palace tour with Martina was excellent. She is extremely knowledgeable about art, art history and the general history of the Renaissance. She shared many details about the artists and their relationships with each other. The Palace has a tremendous amount of artwork but Martina focused on the significant pieces. She was excellent.

Very good experience, definitely worth reserving in advance. No waiting time, good organization with two separate ticket issuances, one for those who have reserved and another counter for spontaneous visitors.

The tickets allowed easy access to the gardens and palace. The only drawback was that due to covid certain areas of the garden were blocked off. Although visible these areas would have been fun to enter.

It was a very instructive tour. Our guide was very kind, expert and knowledgeable. It was a very nice experience for us.
