Easy and efficient booking. All went on time, it did fit our requirement because we did not want to spend 11 to 12 hours on a trip, and we still did visit the main two of the three objectives, i.e the gorge and the lake. Regrettably we missed the castle due to insufficient time. I am sorry that we agreed to go to the island, a waste of time and money in my opinion. On hindsight I rather would have spend my time and money on the castle.

Really nice few hours to see castle and lake! Our guide was friendly and k re her stuff! Comfortable van also, would recommend! Only thing I was confused about was that it was sane price if coming from Ljubljana or from bled! Quote a difference in distance there but overall loved it

Full description

From Ljubljana to the Alpine region below the Julian Alps, you will reach Bled, the magnificent Alpine resort. Ascend the old castle perched on top of a steep cliff above the glacial Lake Bled. The castle terraces offer spectacular views of the lake and its tiny island in the middle. Take a boat ride with a Pletna – traditional boat made by locals and reach the only true island in Slovenia. Ring the ‘fortune bell’ and soak up the sun, peace and fresh mountain air.

Great trip, and Valentina was a friendly and knowledgable guide. The lake trip was brilliant. 40 minutes went really quickly. It was pretty magical. The castle was less unique, but was still interesting. Have yourselves the cream cake. It was LOVELLLLLYYYY! Would recommend to all tourists and those who love a great TOURRRR!
