Sit down to a delicious Spanish lunch in a family-owned restaurant. Feast on a mouth-watering selection of traditional dishes and a glass of Sangria, followed by your choice of main courses. Continue along the coast to Tossa de Mar, the last fortified town on Costa Brava. Walk along cobblestone streets to the lighthouse for a stunning view of the coastline. Wander back down through the old town and discover a maze of narrow streets lined with traditional whitewashed houses. Soak up the atmosphere with free time to purchase souvenirs, take a dip at the beach which lies beneath this historic town, or rent a kayak for a quick paddle under the cliffs. After a couple of hours exploring Tossa de Mar return to Barcelona by bus.

You will enjoy a unique experience, where you will get to know a little more about the charms of the Costa Brava, navigating with very peculiar kayaks. Since they are transparent, you will be able to see the fauna passing underneath you at all times. There will be a final stop at a small private-access cove for a swim and some snorkeling. Depending on the excursion schedule, the models of the kayaks may vary. In the morning schedule, as long as weather conditions permit, the excursions will be done with transparent bottom kayaks. The afternoon schedule will always be done with rigid kayaks without a transparent bottom.

Vincicletta Rides offers guided bicycle rides in Barcelona and Tarragona province. You can join with your own bike or we can rent out a bike to you. All kinds of bicycles are welcome. The rides can be in the city, in the hills, in the mountains, in the countryside and can range from long rides (3 or more hours) to short(er) rides of 1 or 2 hours. All levels of cyclists are welcome. All the rides start and end in the city of Barcelona (train station Sants or Francia). The rides differ in a three-weeks period. Yet, the weekly schedule is very simple. Tuesday: city ride in Barcelona, a 2 hour ride covering all the highlights Wednesday: the hills of Barna, a 3 hour ride conquering the hills of Barcelona, also includes several highlights of the city Thursday morning: Beaches and promenades. Going either northeast or southwest following the coastline towards Blanes or Tarragona Thursday evening: city ride in Barcelona, a 2 hour ride covering all the highlights Friday: Catalonian highligts! Both literally and figuratively. We head into the mountains (Pyrenees, Pre-Pyrenees, Montseny, or Garraf) and include multiple interesting towns like eg. Mataro, Sitges, Ripoll, Vic and Girona Saturday: The highlights of Tarragona and surrounding area. We go up and down by train and then enjoy the city including lunch. This is a full day Sunday: Pelotonride for the more experienced riders! We head into the hills around Barna. Eg. Coll de Begues, Tibidabo, Collsacreu and others. This is done in an international group of riders. Monday is our rest day
