Full description
Dive into the real Game of Thrones experience during a tour of the incredible filming locations for Season 7. Walk in the footsteps of Tyrion, Daenerys, and Jon Snow as you explore incredible landscapes. First, walk along King's Landing beach, filmed at Muriola Beach in Barrika. Explore the location where Davos Tyrion and Gendry had to flee from the Gold Cloaks. After that, head to a medieval-like castle at Butron Castle. Take some photos with cloaks and swords and feel like a Lord or a Lady of Winterfell. Next, continue the tour with a visit to the Dragonstone Fortress at San Juan de Gaztelugatxe in Bermeo. Climb up 241 steps just like Daenerys and feel like a true Khaleesi. Take a lunch break in Bermeo where you can enjoy pintxos, tapas, and a local white wine called txakoli. Finally, make the last stop at Dragonstone beach where Daenerys first walked when she finally came back home. Filmed at Itzurun Beach in Zumaia, this 60million-year-old beach was the perfect choice to set Dragonstone.

The guide and driver were very friendly and took us to three locations - only two of which were GoT related. They gave us plenty of time for photos. I was disappointed that not only did we not go to Itzuran Beach, although judging from the length of the tour, I should have known we didn't have time. When booking, I did not see an option for a full day tour. Also. no mention that Gaztelugatxe was closed due to landslides last Oct, so no climbing the steps for photos. The props used for the photo ops were cheap plastic and not like the realistic props used by other companies.

The experience has been positive. We have seen the places that the excursion describes, but I have missed that in a couple of moments they waited for the whole group for the explanations, when we arrived they had already finished and that we were going at the rhythm and we were few. Otherwise no problem.

The guides were super friendly and explained everything perfectly. However, in the description of this experience it says that you can access the hermitage by climbing the 241 steps and now it cannot be climbed because there was a collapse. We didn't go to Itzurun beach in Zumaia either, I missed it. Otherwise all great.
