Simon and his crew were amazing! Was kind of scared to do this, but they were helpful, funny, kind & amazing! They made all my nerves chill & helped me have a blast! 100/100 would recommend! The manta rays were so cool & huge! One touched me on its way under the light! For anyone who thinks they might not like this or are iffy about doing it, do NOT hesitate! This is so far by far, the most amazing activity on our trip! Wish we could do it again during this trip!

Hands down the best experience on the Big Island. It so was beautiful to watch these majestic creatures. The guides were great and made us feel safe. The boat ride was fun. They even had snacks and beverages for us. The whole experience was easy. At 50’ish, I consider myself an okay swimmer and a novice snorkeler. I had no problem swimming out and holding onto the light bar. However, my arms were a bit fatigued afterwards. They give you pool noodles for your feet to help you float and relax. You are in the water for about 30 minutes. More than enough time to enjoy these creatures. They swim within inches of you. Just an amazing experience. I can’t thank the guides enough.

The tour and snorkeling was awesome. Lots of manta rays up close. You just have to breathe with the snorkel and look down…. The Hammer!! And this statement from a diver who has been diving everywhere!! On the pier you got a thin dive jacket, mask and snorkel, then it was about 20 minutes by boat to the airport. You hold on to a kind of raft in the shallow water and the manta rays dance below. I would recommend this tour, if possible not on weekends and take something warm for the return trip.
