We had a great time and our sweet tour guide was awesome! We were coming by car so we weren't familiar with the meeting place and got there late, but we called them and were given directions as to where to meet up with our tour group. We learned lots of information about Bern and quite enjoyed it!

Our guide was excellent with a nice manner and a sense of humour. She spoke mainly in English, (and French for a member of the group), she was clear and she responded well to our questions. Her guided tour helped us understand the geology, history, politics and culture of Bern.

Good tour. A lot of good information. Bern is a fascinating place. Guide was great. Two minor issues. The meeting location was confusing. It’s in the main train station, but the station has multiple levels that register as the same place; would be helpful to provide a better reference point. The tour was advertised as English, but it was actually in German also. Everything had to be repeated. The guide did a good job switching back and forth; it just slowed things down
