Please make your way directly to the security control point on the first floor of the TV Tower. The steps leading up to the entrance are located on the tower's northern side, directly opposite the Alexanderplatz S-Bahn (rail) station.

Really enjoyed the night time experience - no queues and great views. All went very swiftly and smoothly which was especially great for those of us nervous to go up

Well worth getting your ticket in advance because when you buy on the day you have to wait an hour before you can join the queue. We joined at our alloted time and it was all very easy. Great views from the top too!

If you have a ticket you can show the security at the front and proceed to security to get your stuff checked and to go through the. Metal detector. If you don’t have a ticket you can buy one at the entrance The restaurant at the top has to be reserved one month in advance so be prepared. If you don’t have a reservation there is a nice little bar that sells food and drinks that are pretty good (card or cash). The top of the tower itself is a nice 360 view with little binoculars (€2 to use) that are there if you need. If it’s crowded there will be a long line to go down in the elevator. There is a gift store to buy souvenirs and the likes if needed.
