Full description

Hop into a mini hot rod for a guided tour through Berlin and experience the thrill of racing through the city's wide streets. Even though you'll be sitting just above the ground, these custom roadsters will leave just about every other vehicle in their dust.

Enjoy these single-seaters, which are 100% street legal and sure to be a lot of fun. Discover the true pleasure of driving in a stylish soapbox car for adults.

Get started at Revaler Strasse 99, at the RAW site. Your guide will give you a briefing about the vehicles, before letting you get warmed up on your hot rod by riding around the spacious grounds.

Then, head out into the streets of Berlin. Pass by Warschauer Brücke on the way to the East Side Gallery and the O2 Arena, before driving towards the Brandenburg Gate. Take in the symbol of Berlin as locals and tourists alike smile and stare at your stylish ride.

Stop at the German Chancellor's Office, and ask your guide any questions. Take a moment to snap some photos. From there, continue towards Potsdamer Platz, Gendarmenmarkt, and Unter den Linden. Depending on the time, take a quick stroll at the O2 site before heading back to the RAW station.

After we had finally found the location, the short briefing could take place. Our guide was a relaxed guy who still had everything under control. After the obligatory warm-up with the cars, which by the way drive like go-karts, the fun could begin. We were a group of 6 and no one wanted to get off after the tour. We all had so much fun driving that we didn't realize until after the end that we hardly got to see any of the sights. Still, we would all do it again. The location also has a large terrace that invites you to linger.

Wonderful fun.... great way to see Berlin! This was expressed by my family. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to safely reach the gas and break pedals well enough - so sadly I didn't get to venture out with my family. Safety first- and truly this is very important, since your in Berlin traffic from East Berlin- Potsdam platz- Reichstag and back. I'm 5'1" and even with pillows the mini rod pedals were just a tad out of reach.. so if your taller GO for a ride you'll enjoy this unique and fun way to see Berlin! MY FAMILY came back all smiled and I did get my test drive!

We booked a tour for Wednesday 11a.m. and we were the only ones so it was like a private tour. The forecast said it could rain and we managed to do the tour before it hit. I'm not a car enthusiast but it was so much fun and people took photos of us in the red lights. One of us got left behind for a short moment but we were able to wait for him in the middle of traffic. I'd recommend this tour for everyone whether you are interested in cars or not!
