The tour was fine, not as much historical information from the audio guide (English) as expected and it was a little incoherent; but was a good way to travel around Berlin. You MUST have a copy of the PDF document confirming your booking as the mobile voucher on the app does not suffice. Apparently the red bus company doesn’t exist anymore and has been taken on by another company and the PDF document has to be sent off to the big bosses. This created some issues as we only had the mobile voucher, but we rang get your guide and the woman on the phone was very helpful and we we’re able to gain a copy of the PDF document.

We enjoyed the experience on bus and boat. The weather was a bit cold in April, so the tour was perfect to see the sights during spring time. We used mobile tickets and that was a little cumbersome to get redeemed. We had to go to a stop with a person that could read the ticket and print out vouchers to use on the bus and on the boat. Better to use paper tickets at the start.
